Welcome to VALYPAA.COM

VALYPAA (Valleywide Young People in Alcoholics Anonymous) is a standing service committee within the Phoenix Metropolitan area that provides a forum for Young People in AA to get involved in service work. Our primary purpose is to carry the message of recovery to alcoholics, regardless of their age. We also aim to help newcomers realize that they need not experience years of drinking, loss of health, family, friends, and finances to be ready for sobriety. We maintain a YPAA meeting list throughout the Valley, a needed service for young people seeking others in recovery. We also assist the local Central Offices by providing a 12th Step call list comprised of active young members of AA. In addition, we work closely with other service committees throughout the Valley to carry the message of AA. We coordinate many fun sober YPAA events aimed to increase fellowship in the Valley and to celebrate recovery, and we also bid for YPAA conferences, when possible. We strongly support enthusiastic sobriety, and look to support and serve AA in our area on all possible and practical levels. We need your support!
